Sunflowers single-species HOSO (High Oleic Sunflower Oil) oil is made from the cultivated variety High Oleic sunflower. The oil is very suitable for its properties (high oxidative stability, does not heat, does not smoke) especially for deep-frying.
Laboratory results proved the lifetime of Q-FRITGOLD HOSO oil when frying 3× longer than for conventional frying oils. HOSO contains approximately 4× more oleic acid than common sunflower oils produced from uncoltivated sunflowers. It is made from raw materials that have not been genetically modified.
